Even in the age of the internet, junk mail is still a problem. You may get a dozen catalogs and advertisements in a single week.  Trying to stop the seemingly endless deluge of unwanted paper may be a losing battle, so maybe the best idea is to make “firewood logs” from the debris.

This video will take you through the process from step one and show how you can heat your home with free heat generated from junk mail logs. Imagine, free heat from all that unwanted junk mail. It’s a win-win!

  1. Interesting way to get rid of junk mail. Though I would use an old fruit press to press out the water and use an old sausage stuffer to make the logs.
