Don’t Take Lyme Disease Lightly

Ticks are carries of Lyme disease, which should be taken very seriously. Once you contract the insidious disease, it’s with you the rest of your life.

There really no surefire way to prevent ticks from getting on you, or preventing yourself from contracting the disease.

The right way to remove a tick

The best thing a person can do when they notice a tick it to remove it, making the sure the head of the tick is does not come off in your body.

As soon as you return from the woods, or any other outdoor activity, check yourself for ticks and take a shower.
