Turns Out You Can Eat Acorns

I was told from an early age that eating acorns would make me sick. That never made much sense to me, because all kinds of wildlife eat acorns, and it never makes them sick.

Well, it turns out you can eat acorns! You can even make acorn coffee if you choose. Outdoor Life‘s Tim MacWelch offers five ways to eat acorns without getting sick.
